Senator Steve King presents HB 12S-1005. The bill would increase penalties for those who drive while under the influence of drugs. Under the bill drivers whose blood contains five nanograms or more of Delta 9 THC per millileter in whole blood while driving or within two hours of driving could be charged with DUI per se.
