Hill Presents Bill Exempting Restaurant Meals from Sales Tax

Senator Owen Hill (R-Colorado Springs) presents Senate Bill 45 in the Senate State, Veterans and Military Affairs Committee. SB 45 would have exempted sales tax for food purchased at a restaurant. The bill was killed on a party line vote.
